After studying Arabic with Khalil for a year, I can say that he's an excellent pedagogue with a wonderful demeanor and terrific sense of humor. He makes everyone feel at ease and responds well to the needs of individuals as well as of the group. In other words: Mumtaz! (Excellent) Joe Friedman
I have taken six classes with the fantastic Arabic (Palestinian dialect) teacher Khalil. We started with very basic vocabulary and phrases using English letters. We had exercises, homework, audio recordings, a text book and other resources. . His teaching method is very effective. We eventually learned to read and pronounce Arabic script. Khalil was fantastic in helping us make the challenging and exciting transition. I strongly recommend this course with Khalil. Mark Zober
